Our Return Promise
We accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise in original packaging with all tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the precision weighting in our hybrids and fairway woods.
Important Exceptions:
- Complete Sets cannot be returned unless the entire set is unused and in original packaging
- Custom-fitted clubs are final sale (marked as such at purchase)
- Golf equipment showing signs of use (grass marks, ball scuffs, etc.) cannot be accepted

Step 2: Package & Ship
After receiving your return authorization:
- Repackage items securely in original packaging
- Include all original accessories and documentation

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Timeline: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

- You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the return process above
- In your email, specify the replacement item desired
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- All customs forms must be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Returns may take 3-4 weeks to reach our facility
